Question: Ballet dancers and gymnasts!!!?!?!?
If you have had to loose weight or follow a good diet for your art then what are your excersise and cardio schedules!?!?Www@QuestionHome@Com

i've just done the routines for ballet over and over and over again and slowly your body begins to change plus i do about 50 crunches, 20 star jumps, 10 ladies push ups plus stretches a day Www@QuestionHome@Com

it depends on how much weight or how good a diet you want!. it also depends on the person because everybody is different!. my friend looses weight like that and it takes me ages and i have to try really hard!. A healthy diet generally consists of fruit vegetables lean meat eg chicken and fish nuts and dairy products but also red meats give you protein umm i go running and walking a couple times a week and i ride my bike almost everyday, this doesn't make me loose or gain weight but it keeps me fit i guess!. but like i said everyone is different!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

well I'm a vegan and I was doing ballet classes from 4:00 till 8:00 yeah 4 hours I know but I'm really skinny but I don't do ballet to stay skinny I do it because I want to be a pro and because I love it =^!.!.^=Www@QuestionHome@Com

i think it sort of depends on wat sort of diet youll be going on!.!.!.!. youd proabably get a schedule of some sort wen you go on the diet from or doctor your who ever anyways!.!.!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
