just be calm follow your partner do what the teacher shows it will be okay soon it will be over and you'll be moving on using your knowledge in a different class or even on stage so in 5 hours you'll be there and soon you'll be at home reading a book or something maybe watch a little tv don't worry you'll be fine =^!.!.^=Www@QuestionHome@Com

Well I'll tell you how to do a ballet spin:

1!. Place your left foot in front of you and your toes should be facing the direction of your body!. Your right foot should be behind your left foot!. Your left heel and right heel should be lined up but your right foot should be pointing to the right!. (This is for a righty person not a lefty)
2!. Your arms should be a right angle and your hand should be pointing in the direction of your feet!.
3!. After you are positioned correctly, Swing your arms over to the left side keeping the same amount of space between them as in the 90 degree angle!. You should be bending your knees slightly also!.
4!. Push off with the ball of your right foot and pull up your right foot once your on the ball of your left foot spinning!. You should bring up your right foot to the area of your knee!.
5!. You should be able to make a 360 degree spin!. When you land, you should land in the same position as when you started, but the right foot may be slightly further back!.

Here are some tips:

* You might want to try a soft surface if this is your first time!. A carpet might be good!.
* If the carpet or rug is too rough on your feet, you might try socks or ballet shoes!.
* Socks or ballet shoes might create too much friction, and you might not make it all the way around in a 360!.
* Remember that practice makes perfect!. You may not make it on your first try, but just try, try again!.
* It's helpful to imagine there's a string pulling you up so you stay in good posture!.
* Sucking in your stomach helps you balance!.
* Relax your shoulders!. You can't turn if they are too tense!.
* If you find yourself getting dizzy, try spotting!. Focus on one point in front of you!. Keep focusing on it as you turn, whipping your head around when you need to!. It sounds odd but it works!.

Hope I helped, hope I didn't answer too late and good luck!
