Question: Musical Theatre Activity Ideas!.

I am a dance teacher and I enjoy musical theatre, and we are trying to incorporate musical theatre classes into our schedule!. I need some good ideas of games and activities that will help build my students character and really bring out their personalities!. The students in my class are all ages 7-16!. Www@QuestionHome@Com

- Call and Response exercises
- Role Play (with each of the other students)
- Favorite character from a movie impersonations
- Improv (start them with a scenario and let their minds go with it)
- Pantomiming (Mime) do something all can recognize w/o speaking

i don't really know about games, but if you're looking for inspiration for musical theatre, why don't you watch a musical movie (chicago, hairspray, etc!.) or even go see a musical!? musical theatre is kinda cutesy, bubbly, energetic!. anything that gets you bobbing your head or tapping your feet is probably good!.
