Breakdancing question, headspin?

Question: Breakdancing question, headspin!?

i can hold myself up on my head on a headstand but on a pillow or a helmet but if i just use a beanie on floor it hurts like hell, any techniques so it wont hurt or a part on ur head that wont hurt as much!? i also want to know how can i spin myself, i swing my hips but im afraid ill crack my neck or sumtin and i usually fall down, help plz!Www@QuestionHome@Com

if your a beginner dont try to learn headspin right away but trust me after awhile it wont hurt anymore i started doing headstands in 7th grade and like after a month or less i didnt feel anythingWww@QuestionHome@Com
