Question: Handstand questions help meee lol
I've been practicing the handstand lately and I've noticed!.!.!.

I used a wall to hold myself up and noticed that once I get down and look in the mirror my eyes r sorta redish!? Is this normal!? lol!. Will it get better as I keep practicing!?

oh and, is it easier to balance with my legs pointing straight up keeping the bent with one leg going backwards and 1 leg going forwards!?

And also, any other tips of how to stay balanced!?

the reddness in your eyes is just basically the blood rushing to your head from being upside down!. it probably won't get any better with time, you just have to accept that it's something that happens when you do your handstands!.

Which one is easier!.!.!. well I guess it just depends on how you feel with the two different leg positions!. I would personally say the legs straight up look nicer and is what I use in a handstand!. I would say do it sometimes on the wall to build up your arm strength, but don't use a wall most of the time, because then you will never be ABLE TO DO IT WITHOUT IT!. just keep practicing!. and while your in your handstand squeeze all your muscles, it might help yo stay up longer!. just keep practicing!!!!Www@QuestionHome@Com

It's just blood rushing to your head!.

Start with straight, open hands and go down smoothly, make sure your feet and long and pointy, and hard!. That's a good way to stay balanced!.

Be careful when yuo go down, go down slooowly!.!.!.or you'll break a toe like me!. >!.<Www@QuestionHome@Com
