Best Answer - Chosen by Asker: I don't think you can-its too complicated and to make those shoes it takes hours!.If you badly need to practice use your current dance shoes or plimsolls!.Www@QuestionHome@Com I think the only possible way would be to de-shank a pair of pointe shoes!.!.it's best just to wait for the ones you ordered!.
