Question: I need help with my Middle split!?
I need to have my middle split down or I can't go in a higher class
I don't believe every body is made to do this!.!. Uhm I'm just scared to try at this point!. so what should i do!?Www@QuestionHome@Com

To get my middle split I stretched my inner thigh muscles every day!. The best way to do this (I found) was to lay on the floor on my back and put my butt up against a wall with my legs straight up!. (If you were standing look at me with your head tilted, it would look like I was sitting on the wall!) Then I would drop my legs open in a V and let gravity pull my legs down!. It can get a little painful, but it's the natural pull on your legs!. I used to put on my favorite Led Zeppelin song to do this (avg running time: 5 min!.) but you can just time yourself if you like!. Don't do it for too long!.!.!.to strengthen muscles you must stretch them but also give them time to heal!

don't be scared!. here are some stretches to try!.

1) switch from left to right split, trying to go through middle split

2) lie on ur back with ur legs up against the wall and let gravity help pull ur legs down

also, make sure to warm up before you stretch, and for middle splits keep your knees facing the ceiling, not facing forward, even when you bend over

stretch every day!!

the way i did it was not the most fun way but it worked extremely well!. i stretched out on my bed in my center splits and fell asleep!. not the easiest thing i have ever done but when i woke up the next day i had them which i needed!. Www@QuestionHome@Com
