whats freak dancing!?

I'm a girl and in this style of dance i know the girl is supposed to lead!. What exactly does it mean to lead!? also the guy puts his hands kinda on your hips/lower hips!.!.what should i do with my hands while hes doing this!? Please help I cant dance!.!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

Where you put your hands in relation to his depends on how well you know your partner!. If it's your boyfriend etc, then just place your hands on his, or on his hips!. If it's someone you don't really know that well, just keep them in the air, out to the side a little bit and let them shift along with the music!. If you're "leading" then you are deciding which way your bodies are swaying and how strict you stay to the beat of the music!. If he leads, then it's up to him!.!.!.this is where hand placement helps you follow along- you pick up on the weight changes and body positions!.

Don't forget about your upper body too!.!.!. just because the hips are busy, doesn't mean your top half just hangs there!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

If you don't know what this is!.!.it is a dance in which the guy stands behind the girl!.!.both people are facing the same way!.!.and they grind against each other to the beat of the song!. Ive "freaked" before and I find it fun especially if your partner is a good dancer!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
