Question: Who to listen to Ballet teacher or Polo instructor, about putting on weight!.!?
My polo teacher (riding instructor) wants me to put on some more weight, as i am under weight to play on the team for my age group!. But my ballet teacher says i am a perfect weight to dance, and i don't really want to gain any weight , and i don't know how to either!. I have a really fast metabolism, i eat like a horse (healthy food), but i do 12 hours of exercise a week, so i burn it all off!. What should i do!?Www@QuestionHome@Com

Go with your ballet teacher!. Telling someone to gain weight can be very bad!. There are some people like yourself, with a fast metabolism, who cannot bulk up easily (making you perfect for ballet!)Www@QuestionHome@Com

I think you are going to have to choose between ballet and polo!. They seem to be causing a conflict of interests!. Dancers are normally lean and mean!. Www@QuestionHome@Com

It is not healthy to gain or lose weight without the advice of your doctor!.
I would talk to them first!.
I think that eventually you are going to have to chose between the two!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

Both the ballet teacher and the polo instructor have their own agendas for you!. To get an opinion based on your health, see a family physician!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
