Question: Help splits!?
I have been practicing my middle splits for 2 years and I am not getting any closer I have my other splits P!.S my hips snap a lot really loud and only my feet turn out not my hips please help thanks =^!.!.^=Www@QuestionHome@Com

Most dancers will never be able to do the middle splits! Our hip bones are not designed to be able to do that, so the people who force it end up tearing at their knee joints (unless they are double jointed)!. As a former professional dancer (and current certified dance teacher) I do not see any reason to attempt for middle splits!. In my professional career I was never asked to do them!. Attempting middle splits can result in permanent knee damage!. Take care of yourself!Www@QuestionHome@Com

i do the splits to see how far i can go and the space left i stack pillow and i just sit there doing the splits while watching TV about 15 minutes and when i get up I'm closer to the ground Ive got the splits in a day doing that but its still going to hurt when you get all the way to the ground you got to keep stretching until you get comfortable good look its hard work :)Www@QuestionHome@Com

well you should try the frog stretch and the pike and the butterfly =^!.!.^=Www@QuestionHome@Com

u have to hold ur splits when u do them and push down farther each timeWww@QuestionHome@Com
