If you are dancing en pointe, I suggest 3-4 classes a week that are at least one hour each!. But, you have surely surpassed that!

Since you are taking so many classes for that amount of time, I don't really have anything to say!. You are probably 3 times better then you really think!. Sometimes, your worst critic is yourself!.

Just keep practising, ask lots of questions, and look into buying/making a barre!. I am odering a free-standing one from www!.thebarrecompany!.com !. They have the best prices I have found, so if you are interested, look there first!

Hope this helps, have a nice day!!

Sounds like you're doing a great job so far!. Another 2 hour day will help to get you dancing at least 5 days/week!. If it's your passion, you'll find a way to do more!.!.Just as long as it's still something you enjoy doing and not just turn into a 'chore' so to speak!. Improvement comes effortlessly when you're enjoying it each and everytime you go out on the dance studio!.

Good luck!.!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

so you're already doing 8 hours a week!? wow, that's all i have to say!. anyways, i'd say do at least 30 minutes a day, on the days you don't dance!. if you dance every day already, and still don't feel like you're improving, do a few stretches and balance exercises after you finish at your lessons and at the studio!.

good luck!Www@QuestionHome@Com

Since you're already doing 8 hours a week, I think you're good!. I only do ballet twice a week, and I keep improving!. Just as long as you don't take big long breaks, you should be fine!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
