Question: Ballet diet,!? seriously need ballet skinny!!?
my ballet teacher has decided to get serious about weight, and according to her I need to loose about 7lbs at least!. I am 5'4 at the moment and go walking a lot, I have around three dance classes a week and do quite a bit of yoga!. help me, How am I meant to loose that much weight!?!?Www@QuestionHome@Com

well I'm a vegan but more strict so I only eat fruits a veggies and I do 100 crunches every day now I'm 14 and when I started this I was 12 and so it takes a while but now I'm even under weight P!.S my ballet teatcher was the same I lost about 20 pounds with my strict russian ballet teacher that was a guy =^!.!.^=Www@QuestionHome@Com

If you are actually overweight, then you can try and eat more healthily and exercise more, like other people have said!. However, your dance teacher has no right to tell you to lose weight if you don't need to!. I know 7 lbs isn't a ton of weight, but who knows where it will go from there!? The day of stick-thin ballerinas has passed!. There are companies who are very accepting of normal weight dancers, so don't think this is going to make or break your career!. Being healthy and improving your dancing should be your goals, not losing weight just because your teacher told you to!. If you feel to pressured, switch studios!.

Just remember that food is fuel for our bodies, and you NEED fuel to dance and do everything else you want to do!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

Ask your ballet teacher what she expects you to do!. It's her idea that you should lose this weight, she should suggest a new exercise routine and diet for you!. Plus she may have some tips and tricks!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

You should eat 1100 calories a day and burn off 400!. Really healthy foods are Campbells Cream of Potato Soup, Fruit, Veggies, Baked Chips, Make sure to eat correct portion sizes!. Good cardio exercises are swimming, biking, & jumping rope! Hope I helped!Www@QuestionHome@Com

instead of wa;lking run!.!. eat healthy dont starve !.!. healthy is the key word!.!.!. and maybe try palaties instead of yoga maybe it will get you more fit
