Question: I been taking a dance class on saturdays!?
it's pretty demanding!. But just doing it a few hour a weeks is't going to help me lose weight is itWww@QuestionHome@Com

It's amazing how it will help! Particularly if you practise your routines once or twice a week outside of class!. It's an amazing workout, and most importantly it tones you up and builds strength as well as making you lose weight!. You go girl!Www@QuestionHome@Com

Dancing is a GREAT way to lose weight!. I used to dance and I was always in the best shape!. But just because you only have class on Saturdays doesn't mean you can't also dance through out the week also!. Which if you do will help even more!. Take what you learn and use it outside of class!Www@QuestionHome@Com

Dancing helps loose weight, even if it is a few hours but it also depends of how much you sweat!. Depending on the type of dance, you can be very active and workout a few muscles that you might not even know you had!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
