how can i make my feet more felxible!? i really wanna take ballet but my ankles arnt flexible how can i make them!?Www@QuestionHome@Com

They will have you crying after a while haha!.!.but the results are awesome!.!.!.
also try writing the ABC's with you foot!.!.!.DO NOT ROLL YOUR ANKLES!!!! IT ONLY LOOSENS THE MUSCLES AND NOT IN A GOOD WAY!

You can start by doing simple ankles and foot exercises!.
Here are a few simple exercises that might help!.!.!.

Rotations

1!. Start by putting on some warm socks to start warming up your feet!.

2!. Sit down with you legs straight out in front of you!.

3!. Rotate your right foot in small circles clockwise at lease 5 times!. (then switch rotation direction)

4!. Rotate your left foot now in small circles!. Repeat the same pattern!.

Flex and Point

1!. Sit in the same position (legs out in front)

2!. Flex right foot then point about 5 times!.

3!. Now, flex and point left foot about 5 times!.

start in first position, and go up and then down while keep your legs straight

my teachers have always complimented me because i have naturally flexible feet that can pointe extremely well!. it's something you're born with!. (being able to point really well)

but practice lots of dance combinations!. have you taken pointe before!? you have to make sure your ankles are strong!. you need lots of hard training before you go on pointe so you won't hurt yourself!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

Take a Yoga class!.!.!.it makes you really flexible, and its fun and relaxing!.!.!.and im sure the teacher of the class would have some tips to help you too!. =]Www@QuestionHome@Com

well you could just tr simple excercises such as pointing and flexing them occasionally or just rotating them!.

just take a beginning ballet class!. they will get stronger as you go!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
