i need help! to be a pro dancer and you need to know how to do splits!. I have been dancing for years but never learned a split!. what are the steps to take to safley complete a split!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

its super important to learn splits for any type of dance!. i recommend stretching your legs out like lunges to warm up your muscles before you stretch into splits!. try holding each side of your splits for 2 minutes!. if you continue this everyday then your splits will improve!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

Most dancers constantly stretch!. If you are a dancer, then you should be stretching every day and pushing your muscles to the limits of flexibility!.

Once you reach a certain level of flexibility, a split will come easy!Www@QuestionHome@Com

everyday, stretch as far as you can in the splits but you have to remember to keep your legs straight!. stay in that position for at least 3 minutes,!. it worked for me n it took about less than a week to perfect it
