Make sure that, when you prep, your totally in balance!. If you keep falling out of it, that means that you aren't!. If you fall to the right, it means that (in your prep) your over-crossed!. To the left, your under-crossed!. Front, your leaning forward!. Back, your leaning back!. You've got to nail a PERFECT single!. It helps to picture someone pulling you pony-tale up while your turn!. That way, you stay tall and strong!. also, make sure that you spot! Pointe your toes, and concentrate!. Once you've done a double, it will be even easier that a single!. Just trust me!. Do lots of sit ups, to strengthen your core, too!.

Good luck! and HAPPY DANCING!Www@QuestionHome@Com

Practice
1!.Spotting: make sure you snap your head quickly and keep your focus!.
2!. Paying attention to your supporting leg: Keep the leg straight and your demi-pointe strong (or your whole foot if you're en pointe)
3!. Being precise: get your foot to passe immediately, and keep your toe at your knee
4!. Alignment: make sure you're straight up and down and balanced on your leg; a pirouette is like a rotating balance
5!. Don't let your closing arm lag behind, close it simultaneously with you foot reaching passe!.
6!. Keeping your abs tight, a strong core is usually the solution to everything!

Last note: If you push off your back foot too hard, you'll throw yourself off balance!. For a single, the simple pressure of your foot going to passe and your arm closing should be enough to turn, so for a double you only need to use a little push off!.

Work hard and practice, you'll get it!Www@QuestionHome@Com

First of all practice your preparations and pulling your body up nice and tight, then practice doing very strong singles, then doubles!. Make sure your pulling up and squeezing your muscles the whole time you're spinning, and don't forget to spot!. also make sure not to over turn!. Good Luck :)Www@QuestionHome@Com

There really not that hard!. The trick is in the plie and the spot!. Get a deep plie, lift up and whip your head around twice!. Put your heel down to land!. And stay pulled up the whole time so you don't fall out of it!Www@QuestionHome@Com

OK, when I went to this dance convention one of the ballet teachers told me that the amount of time you can stand in on one foot is is normally the amount of pirouettes you can do!.!.!.!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

here's my trick plea I don't know if I spelled that right but bend your knees that's what I did and it worked just bend your knees well do every thing else like spot and stuff but remember to bend your knees in a deep demi pleaWww@QuestionHome@Com

Repetition!. just keep practicing!. you have to get the muscle memory to do one clean pirouette so just keep trying!

Hope I Helped!Www@QuestionHome@Com

There's no trick, just do it over and over and over again!Www@QuestionHome@Com

when u start, have ur arms in 3rd!. then when u go to turn , snap ur arms into first and that will give u a boost!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
