Ok!.
First, clam down lol!.
We don't want a phsycopathic nervous breakdown!.
I kind of have the same problem!. I find myself saying 'Uhm', 'Uh', and 'Like' a lot!
What I do that I find helps a lot is practise before class in a mirror!. Say what you want to say over and over, and then when you go to talk to your teacher you will remember to say most of it!. It's like memorizing for school or something!.
She shouldn't judge you; she's a teacher and therefore wants what's best for you and your dance career!. If she comes off like she's trying to rush you, or annoyed that you asked, DON'T FREAK!. She's probably stressed, tiered, or hungry lol!. Would you be a little grumpy if you taught say!.!.!.3 back-to-back classes without lunch!? Aha, I would!

Hope this helps, have a nice day!!
