To start let me say: I am extremely jealous you have an egyptian foot! (I have a Grecian foot so balancing is a little different)

16 demi-pointe is pretty good! The requirements at my studio are to be able to stay up on demi for at least 30 seconds with minimal shaking!. If you can time yourself that would be a good goal!.

I have a tip for you when you are on pointe: When you are up be sure to put your weight towards the front of the foot (mostly your big toe)!. I have the problem where my foot leans to the back and that can lead to injuries so be careful!.

Good luck and you will do great!Www@QuestionHome@Com
