Question: Picking up Choreography!?

im getting ready to audition for some really big shows!. is there any way that i can prepare to pick up choreography faster for the auditions!?!?Www@QuestionHome@Com

it would help if u knew the words to the moves, because in some auditions they just tell you what to do, they do not show you!. you should always be ready for whatever they throw at you, so warm up like crazy before you audition!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

If you want to pick up cheoreography really fast!.!.!. you should practice!. I am a dancer and I practiced picking up choreography and I am fairly good at it now!.!.!. Get one of those dance a long movies and watch the dance then try it the spots you don't get go over then go over everything step by step and say the steps out loud!!!

i was once at a dance convention where the teacher taught us to sit and watch someone dance, then be able to get up and do it!. Have someone do a dance with a variety of steps for a count of eight, then you copy!. everyday make the dance a little longer!. trust me it helps, alot!. hope i helpedWww@QuestionHome@Com

Take as many classes as you can before the audition!. That will get you used to executing different routines!. Better to take several classes per day to get your brain active!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
