Ok well my name is Chelsea and I am 15 years old and I really want to learn to belly dance!. The problem is I don't know where to start or what type of exercises I should do to help tone my stomach for better movement!. I really want to learn this dance routine:

Ballet 4 basic training
Jazz 4 hip movements and hip rotation
Pilates 4 strength
Basically any other type of dance to learn rhythm and staying with the music and counting musicWww@QuestionHome@Com

yoga- for the mind
pilates- for toning
