Question: Handstand advice please!?
I'm trying to learn how to do the handstand and could u give me advice on how to do them!?

Any tips would b helpful as in from how to balance, wat to do when moving around, etc!.

make sure your back is straight, easier to balance!.
keeps your legs together!.!.

make sure your arms are straight!.
don't sticky our head out too far either!.
keep it somewhat nuetral!.
use your fingers to balance once
you find your natural balance point(:

In yoga, what you basically do is spread your legs about shoulder width apart, bend over and place your hands on the ground, spread your fingers out!. Bend your knees and elbows until you can put your knees on your triceps, or the back of your arms behind your elbows!. Start pulling your abs in and try to get your HIPS directly in line with your spine!. Then slowly lift your legs up, keeping your body in line!. So right now your elbows are both at 90 degree angles with the floor, your head is also on the floor, but your hands are taking the majority of the weight!.
