Question: Any ideas to improve my flexibility in your sleep or in simple situations!?
like any tactics to improve!? my flexibility is terrible and i need help! besides stretching for 10 minutes everyday is there a way to stretch for a long period of time in a comfortable manner!?Www@QuestionHome@Com

lol I don't think its possible to get more flexible while sleeping but that would be a pretty cool idea!.

I think its best to stretch straight after having a shower because your muscles are all warm and its a lot easier to stretch!. Instead of 10 minutes of stretch at one time, why don't you break it up into little sections and do it at different times of the day!? That way you will probably be stretching more!. You could also take up pilates!.

Please don't sleep in the splits though-I've known a girl thats done that and she could barely move when she woke up!. Its not a good idea at all!.

One answerer suggested Pilates, but Yoga really worked for me!. I took that as my PE credit for college!. We measured flexibility at the beginning and the end (eight weeks, three times a week, fifty minute sessions), and it actually improved quite a lot!.

There are lots of DVDs you can buy to put you through a simple routine to do at home if you don't have access to classes or a hot studio!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

Well I some times sleep in my splits!. Haha but thats me I am kinda weird!. Do your homework in the splits!. Watch t!.v!. in the splits!. Eat in the splits!. Read in the splits!. Its kinda easy!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

Try sitting in positions that stretch you while doing things you do every day like watching tv, reading etc!. Be sure not to hurt yourself by stretching too hard for a long period of time though!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
