Question: Front And Back handspring!? 10PTS!!!!!?
OK see I'm teaching a class and i don't know if i do my front and back handsprings right so i was wondering can someone help me like post like what to do!. Or give me a website where you can learn it!.

back handspring-----sit (like sitting on a chair) with arms locked and straight and when you feel yourself starting to fall likewhen you sit too far, jump back (keep arms locked) and when you get into that handstand type of position(legs straight and locked--while still keeping arms locked) push off through hands and come down


front handspring---same type of thing without sitting!. if you want to do it running then run!.!.!.put both arms down on mat locked and straight!.!.once again in handstand position!.!.push off through hands and push your body over through your hips and land!.


i hope this helped!.!.i really dont know how to explain it!.!.!.if you do it right then each time you should only be going the length of your body!.!.lay down!.!.!.and mark your body!. start on your head, hands should touch down on ground close to butt area, land on the end of where your feet should be!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
