Do you have any cheerleader friends that can help you or do stuff with you just to kind of motivate and push you!?
Try learning cheers either online or by someone you know!.
Be LOUD (use your diaphragm) when you yell you should sound kind of manly not like a little girl!. if your stomach pushes out every time you yell then you are doing it right!.

pushups, situps, paratroopers, running, aerobics, and just plain old any kind of exercise just to help get you in shape are good things to do!.

practice facials (smiles, pouts, crazy faces, winks stuff like that)

eat right before tryouts and drink a lot of water (not so much to make your stomach hurt but enough to keep you hydrated and not give you cramps during exercise)

at tryouts do your makeup put your hair up!.!.just exaggerate everything!. be really sharp with movements and if you have to do a dance get into it!. have a lot of attitude with what you do it makes you look really awesome if you have a lot of confidence!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

Okay!. My friend is a cheerleader and it's a lot of work!. Make sure you can stay up with your school work!. Here's how you get ready:
Start running, doing pushups, and stretching whenever possible!.
Go to games or talk to other cheerleaders and see if you can learn their basic cheers or at least parts of them!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

First off, stay on top of your schoolwork!. No need to get excited and then not be let on the squad for schoolwork!. also, try to build muscle!. Lifting other cheerleaders can be hard work and you're at the age where you can safely lift weights!. And be SURE to always stretch!. Not only does it help with flexibility, it helps prevent injury!. Good luck and hope I helped!Www@QuestionHome@Com
