not sure how old you are or what your "level" dictates, but remember that our bodies change alot and that makes ballet difficult when we try stuff like balancing in retire or sousou!. keep your core strong and tight with lots of crunches and remember that in ballet you must know exactly where every single muscle in your body is and what it is doing (it should be sqeeeezing!) intimidating!? also remember that it is FUN and it is a great way to challenge yourself! it is not about what other people can do that you can't it is about wanting to do your best and working hard to get there!
xoxox lots'o luck!Www@QuestionHome@Com

LOL im the exact opposite!.
my technique is good but im so lazy stretch!.
i can't even to the splits! LOL and im in advanced lmao

practice, practice, practice!.
i don't get it, ballet 1 ballet 2!?
are u taking RAD or is it like open class or is it like the levels in your ballet class!?

i really have no advice to give you!. there is a book you can buy called "A Dancer's Companian" or something like that!.
it gives you the simple steps like plie, it tells you which muscle you should feel and stuff so u get the most out of class!. but rmbr, practice! there is this girl in my class an she wasn't that good in the beginning of the year!. she took 5 classes a week and caught up really fast!.

good luck in ballet II :)Www@QuestionHome@Com

OK well to me it sounds like you have the flexibility but not the strength to do the lower exercises!. you will only get better if you keep practicing!. so i would keep doing that focusing on your technique and getting that right!. start by strengthening the basics!. work on your plies, fondus, développés!.!.!. work on the things that are below the waist!. practice makes perfect!. good luck and don't be scared about entering a new class see it a challenge!. happy dancing!Www@QuestionHome@Com

I don't even know if I remember being at your stage!. Well, I was at one pointe (ha ha! Get it!? It's a ballet joke!)!. All I can say is stay in the game even if you get frustrated, work hard (try to be better than anyone in the class!), always turn out, pointe your feet, ask your teacher what you can do better, stretch EVERY single day, always push yourself farther than you thought you can go, and always have fun! I hope this helps! Bye! <3Www@QuestionHome@Com

My mother took ballet and her teacher taught them a small trick!. When you doing stretches or dance keep your toes tilted outward away from between your legs!. This is so you won't get fat thighs, cause when your older you won't be able to even teach ballet, all you could do is watch!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
