I'm not entirely sure what you mean, since ballroom is a general term, which encompasses International Standard, International Latin, American Rythym, American Smooth, West Coast Swing, East Coast Swing, New Vogue, Old Time, Lindy Hop, and Street Latin (and any other type I've forgotten)!. All of those are considered dance sport and can be competed in!. International Standard is a sub-division of ballroom!. International Standard dances are Waltz, Foxtrot, Quickstep, Tango and Viennese Waltz!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
