Question: What are some good stretches to get me into the splits!?
I have been wanting to get into the splits for the longest time since i am in dance!. Do u know any good stretches to get me limber enough to get into the splits!? please help!Www@QuestionHome@Com

well for CENTER SPLITZ lay on your back against a wall and push your butt up to it so your feet go up the wall then open them and push down with your hands on each leg!. FOR left and right splitz do your half splitz for 30 seconds then fully extend into your splitz and if you cant go all the way down then hold yourself up for at least a minuet!. splitz wont happen over night so keep it up! :)Www@QuestionHome@Com

Get a stack of pillows and slide down into your splits on top of the pillows so that you can sit pretty comfortably!. Each time you grow more flexible, take out a pillow!.

This is how I got my splits! It also helps if you watch a movie while you do this to take your mind off of things!. :)Www@QuestionHome@Com

Sit with your legs spread apart like in an indian style, but while sitting rotate so your inner thigh is touching the ground!. butterflies can work!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
