How High Can You Arabesque?

Question: How High Can You Arabesque!?

I can arabesque 120 degrees with my back up!. But I can also do a full 180 degree needle!. Tell me about yours! :D Id like to know if I'm doing alright for a 14 year old!. It would help a lot!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

I'm about the same as you!. I have a pretty good penchee line, and have 180 degree extension in most things, and I've been like that since about 13!. Sounds like you're doing really well, how are you for holding the positions though!? You might like to perhaps work on some strength building exercises, so that you can not only impress by your flexibility, but your ability to hold the line!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

My arabesque isn't nearly as high, but I am working on it!. I'm 17 and I have maybe 90 degrees!. In my limited experience 120 is pretty good for 14!. Just make sure you have the muscle and control to make it look nice!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
