Question: Streching!?
I am wanting to become very flexible in all parts of my body so i would like it if someone could tell me a list of streches to do to make me flexible all over!?Www@QuestionHome@Com

-all three splits, and oversplits once you achieve those
-backbends or bridges, to stretch your back
-butterfly stretch, touching your nose to your toes
-legs straight forward, sitting down, flexing your feet and grabbing them, pulling your ankles slightly off the ground
-stand holding something for support, and grab your leg, stretching it straight forward and holding for 15 seconds
-stand holding something for support, and hold your leg up to the side!.!.!. try turning your leg under and over if you can, it stretches more
-grab your knee, or as far towards your ankle as you can, and reach your leg backwards into arabesque, keeping it straight and holding it up as high as you can
-splits vertically against the walls
-sit against a wall, with your butt pushed up to the wall and the back of your legs touching all the way up!. then, let your legs fall into a middle split as far as it can go, allowing gravity to pull on them to stretch them more
