Question: What is this ballet stance!?
Best Answer - Chosen by Asker:
Its a leg hold, but tilted!. Could be called a leg hold with a slight tilt!.

If her body was more upright, it would be a stretch some people do for ballet!. Displacing the hips like that is not good ballet technique!.

The closest ballet name would be the leg is second en laire, could be a grand battement (with VERY bad technique) and someone holding onto their leg!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

that's more of a jazz move!. it looks like a "tilt", but in a tilt, the torso is perpendicular to the legs, and the arms are in a line, parallel!.

thats not ballet!. the closest thing it comes to in ballet is a le seconde, but in ballet she wouldnt be leaning over like that!.
it has different names, but the one i learned is tilt, and it's a modern step!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

It's not a ballet move, it's a jazz move!. None the less, it is referred to as a pitch or a tilt kick!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
