Question: I am going to see Rhydian off the x factor next week!?

I saw him two weeks ago and he picked me out as I wasn't dancing, how can I make myself relax and danc, I love music but I'm not much of a dancer, mainly because I'm a bit shy!. How can I relax and dance!?Www@QuestionHome@Com
