Question: What kind of dance class should I take!?
I dont dance much!. I have always been one of those people who might dance once in a while in their own room!. I havent tried any kind of dance forms yet but somehow I feel that want to dance and I want to learn it!. Its just that whenever I see some kind of dance movie or just regular dance show I feel so happy and energized!. I just wish that I were one of these people dancing and enjoying every moment of it!. Do you think dance is a good stress buster!? I just dont know where to start!. Please help! Thanks!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

I agree, ballet is the best place to start because you will learn a lot about strength and technique!. You'll also learn a lot of dance terminology which is universal in all stylese of dance!. Once you start there, you can grow and learn almost anything! Modern and jazz are a great place to go after studying ballet for a while!.

And yes, Dance is a great stress buster! You will feel amazing after your classes! Well, maybe not your first class or two :) but once you get the hang of it, you'll love it!!Www@QuestionHome@Com

Definitely take jazz and ballet!.
Ballet is a MUST for anyone who wants to a dancer
and most things are based off of jazz!.
But lyrical/modern would also be a good choice!.
Save tap and hip hop and so forth for later,

Yes! Dance for me relieves a lot of stress!. I think you should start out with Jazz dance, it's energizing, fun, and a good workout!. You could also take ballet or lyrical!. They are both expressive and calm ^-^Www@QuestionHome@Com
