Question: How do you do the dance move!?

where you kind of get in a pushup position exept your on one knee and your other leg is straight then you push yourself up!?also what is it called!?!?what are some moves like it!?Www@QuestionHome@Com

your start out in a down push up

then you push up, but you keep one knee on the ground

you bring your foot up to leg leg you lifted, which should be straight, and point your toes
