Question: Has anyone used dancing as a form of releasing repression!?
There never seems a moment since childhood that I can recall where I wasn't either dancing to something, whether inside to some inner rhythm or on the outside to the music of nature or the call of audible beats!.

Dancing is a 100% expression of the body!. When you hear the call of your spirit to let loose, it comes through the body in ripples, in the fluid that is in your blood, your essence!. Exposed, it has a wonderful manifestation!. Your expression of the body beautiful through dance cannot be short of perfect!.

We each have an inner tune that we respond to and no matter what our body type, it will respond!. You only have to allow that spirit to soar with your inner music!.
