Has anyone taken a college ballet class? What can you be expected to buy?

Question: Has anyone taken a college ballet class!? What can you be expected to buy!?

I know it depends on what the teacher wants' but ordinarily what is about average!?

Most classes you'll need a leotard, and tights!. Depending on the school, they might not care about the leotard colors!. To be on the safe side, I'd stick with black-it looks more professional anyway!. also, you'll be expected to wear ballet slippers as well!. It depends on the teacher, but most probably a black leotard, pink tights, a bun net/pins, gel/hairspray, leather ballet flats (with or without ribbons)!. It may be a while before you require pointe shoes - but that depends on how many years you have been dancing/your skill level!.
