Mostly men that have strong upper bodies and are also very flexible!. Originated in NYC with cardboard and the sidewalk, but has spread to all cities and major countries that have popular tourist spots!. Injury is very common especially in the neck and lower back!. Find a good teacher and take your time!. Make sure you're ready before you do big tricks!.
