Question: More flexibe!?
is there any stretches or anything to make my back more flexible!. i use to be in gymnastics then i quit and now my bad is super stiff and i want to be able to do a back walk over again, and i also want to be a better dancer!. anyone know of anything i can do!?Www@QuestionHome@Com

Well firstly, did you use stretches for your back while you did gymnastics!? If you did, try to use those stretches again but slowly, don't push yourself!. A little each day (6-7 mins) will help improve your flexibility and eventually you can increase the pressure when you stretch and time time you spend stretching!.

Go into a bridge and slowly walk your hands closer to your feet, go until you can't go any farther and just stretch there!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
