Wat muscles r required to do the freezes while break dancing!?

(a!.k!.a!. lift ur body up using ur hands to freeze or do windmill)

biceps, triceps, pectorals, serratus anterior, abs, obliques, rhomboids, lower trapezius, latissimus dorsi, deltiods,teres major
