Ok well use a really good strong thread!. When you tack it, use the thread doubled as that will be more effective and just go in and out with the needle through the tutu skirt!. Start from the bottom so the knoted end won't be on top and go up and then down again about 3-4 cm to the side (going around in a circle)!. You can do this in several rows around the tutu!. That should work!. If not you might need to concider putting a hood in the middle of the skirt!. Hope that was some help!. =)Www@QuestionHome@Com
