Question: Backbend help!!!?
I been streching and practicing the backbend!.
I lay on the floor and do a backbend!.
But when I stand up,lean back and try to do a backbend I can't get my left hand on the floor and it feels like I am going to fall over!.
What do I do!?Www@QuestionHome@Com

You're still not flexible enough to do it from a standing position!. Doing it from the floor is good, but not helping the flexibility in your upper back and shoulders!. Try doing it standing in fron of a wall!. Use the wall as a brace!. Walk your hands down as close to the floor as you can without touching the floor and then up again, but don't take your hands off the wall!. Keep doing this everyday!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

Keep practicing on a soft ground first, so you dont hurt yourself, keep stretching too!.

Make sure you warm up before trying the move!. Other wise will pull muscels and not be able to do it at all!.

Soon enough you will be able to do it!
Oh and after you get the hang of doing a backbend on a sft ground (a mat of some sort) then try on grass, just be careful!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

I agree with Mrsdeli!. icrease your flexibility and use the wall until you can walk all the way down the wall!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
