Question: Alright!. I am in a dance show and i have to wear these white costumes!.!.!.and im on my period!!?

period JUST started today
its like super heavy
i have a show in a theater with NO bathrooms from 10 am to 11 pm!.!.!.OMG! like!.!.!.how can i change!?!? and ahhhhh im so scared
its a pre pro company preforming swan lake!.!.!.and i am one of the big swans!. aka all white uniform!.!.!.!.HELP PLEASEHELP!!! also i have a show at 3 and a show at 7 so really no time to leave and it is a 3 hour showWww@QuestionHome@Com

What no one in the entire company isn't going to have to pee in 11 hours!? The audience has no where to go to the bathroom!?!?!?

Most dancers will tell those above!. You do not wear panties under costumes!. Let alone several pairs of them!. Get tampons that are for extra heavy, wear a pany liner!. Put in a new tampon about 20mins before you need to be in the wings!. Get out of your costume as soon as you can!. Tell the director or teacher!. Odds are you are not the only dancer with her period todayWww@QuestionHome@Com

A tampon and pantyliner are your best bet!. No bathrooms at all!? Doublecheck that!. There's gotta be something!.

Buy the heavy-duty tampons, and that should get you through!. If nothing else, take a ziplock baggy and some babywipes, and borrow one of the dressing rooms for yourself to change the tampon while you're backstage!.

wear a tampon with an overnight pad and lots of undies!.!.!.i cant imagine no bathrooms anywhere near!.!.!.so during intermission go to the nearest bathroom!.!.!.even if its at a reasaurant!. it should be fine for 3 hours, and there's super discrete and your able to dance while wearing them!.

Try wearing a tampon, with a pad as well!. Apart from that, you may want to wear double underwear, or boy shorts over your underwear!.!.!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
