Question: Backbend kickover tips!?
i have the backbend done and perfected but i just cant kickover i have been working for several years and its getting frustraiting can any one give me tips for kicking over!?Www@QuestionHome@Com

I went through the same thing as you! All you have to do is when you go back into a backbend, try to keep your feet as close to your hands as you can! ( Not right beside) Next, just try to kick back and keep trying!. I learned from doing a back bend and kicking my legs off the couch while in a backbend on the floor!. While falling into the backbend, make sure one leg is infront of the other and lift it up as soon as your hands hit the floor!. Push hard and let the other leg follow!.!.!. If you havn't gotten it than you might have to get more flexible because it really does depend on how flexible you are!. Hope I helped__xxoWww@QuestionHome@Com

When you're in your backbend, push your weight toward your front arms and head using your back legs!. also, be sure your head is placed in between your arms so your ears are aligned with your arms!. Pushing your weight toward your front arms and practicing this will eventually make the kick-over easier!. Good luck!Www@QuestionHome@Com
