Question: Ballet how can it help develop your physic and mind!?
I am thinking of taking private ballet classes - for exercise and also because I didnt get to learn as a child and would like to fill that little dream by giving it a go!. How will it help me in a physical fitness sense and will it!? also is it good for your mind in a a kind of yoga way!? Thank you :)Www@QuestionHome@Com

Yes, Yes, and Yes!.
You will develop new muscles and learn how to dance without damaging your body!. At first you will be inpatient with yourself for not being good enough!. But soon you'll see that the harder you work the more you improve and it will give you a sense of meaning!. Well it does for me!.

I have been doing Ballet for 8 years, and it contrary to popular belief, it is NOT easy!. It is extremely technical and challenging, but it helped me set goals and try and get better every class!. Ballet has wonderful benefits, but it is very tough!. I encourage you to try it, but make sure you know the commitment and level of difficulty you are ready for!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

Ballet keeps you focused!. It does do many of the things yoga does!. It challenged the body and mind!. Have fun with it!Www@QuestionHome@Com
