You should look actively in your local dance studios!. Let your teacher know you are looking for an amateur partner!. Go to dance classes and see if there are single ladies takin gthe same class!. Other than that you can try the internet

Um!.!.!.too bad you're not in Maine because I need a male ballroom dance partner, lol!. In answer to your question, have you tried going to your local ballroom dance studios to see if they have a message board!.
