Question: Gymnastics question!?!?
ok i waant to know how to do a backbend kickover!.!.!.it's like i can't kick up high enough

ur dominant leg is supposed to kick up first but then it's hard for me to push off the ground with my other leg!.!.!.how do i fix this!?!?Www@QuestionHome@Com

You might want to try and get your feet as close as you can to your head before you kick over!. I was horrible at them but my coach told me to get my foot close to my head then kick off!. But once you push off the ground sort-of bend your first leg don't keep it straight!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
