Position:Home>Dancing> Dance recital make-up??Question: Dance recital make-up!?!? Could you give me some suggestions on how to do my make-up for my dance recital tomorrow!?!? For one dance, I'm under a white spotlight, so I don't want to look super pale!. also, I really want my facial features to stand out!. Last year, I looked like a white blob on the stage!. HeHe!!
Thank you!!Www@QuestionHome@Com Best Answer - Chosen by Asker: Thicker foundation than you would wear on the street (Waterproof or stage makeup is best as it doesnt run) Fill in your eyebrows with pencil or shadow Eyeliner and fake eylashes (Should be black unless you are very blond and fair then brown is okay) Eyeshadow in a dark color that compliments you!. Grey, brown, purple, green, etc!. if you are unsure on color stick with brown!. Fill your eyelid with the color, go a bit more intense in the crease, then a light dusting of color from the crease to your eyebrow!. Add a dot of highlighter (white or cream colored makeup, matte or shimmer) to the inner corner of the eye and a bit of higlighter under the brow on the browbone!. Add color to your cheeks (pinkish !. !. !.stay away from red) blend into your foundation if possible!. Add lip color (natural, pink-ish, mauve, etc!. EYES: Eyeliner Dark blue eye shadow Light blue eye shadow Sparkly white eye shadow base Fake black eyelashes Mascara FACE: Coverup/foundation (the one you normally wear) Bright pink/red blush LIPS: Bright red lipstick Lip gloss (to even the lipstick) And lip liner (optional) Remeber to apply more than you normally would because its not as bright under stage lights!.
