Question: How can i speed up learning the splits!?
okay ive been stretching every other day for a few months now!.
and ive definatly improved (i couldnt touch my toes before i started, now i can put them flat on the floor) but im still about 2-3 inches off the floor!.

how can i get down to the ground in say a week or 2!?

yes but be very careful that you don't hurt yourself!. First you want to stretch everyday and focus on things that are stretching your legs specifically!. One that re all helped me get my splits was a stretch called over splits!. What you want to do is either get a friend that will cross their legs or start off with a small book!.!.!.!.Put on of your legs on it and go into your splits!. Hold it there for about 30 seconds!. Increase how long you hold it for depending on what you fell you can do!. (right know i am at the steps and a book together and i hold it for about 2-2!.30 min) Then once you are in your full splits increase the height of the thing that you are putting your leg on!. By just doing it right after you get out of the shower you will not be strenghting or stretching your muscle to help you!.!.!.most of the time you will not be dancing or doing your splits right after you shower so be in the conditions that you will be in at dance or whenever you are planning on doing your splits!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

It's possible, but it will take work!. Stretching and trying your splits every day will really help, the best time is right after a hot shower when your muscles are warm, relaxed, and flexible!. Just don't give up, and good luck! :)Www@QuestionHome@Com
