I've been dancing for 8 years now and I feel my weakness is flexibility and ankle strength!.!.!.!.!.and!.!.!.!.!.!.Turning!!!!!!!!! so if anyone has ANY advice at all like stretches or websites basically even just an encouraging note!!!!! Thanks everyone!

Well!.!. i am also a dancer, and this has ALWAYS happen to me!. Once you loose your flexibility, it is really hard to gain back!. that means that you are working harder in being stronger!. You have to do your splits everyday for at least 20 min!. (each leg)!. For Ankle strength, you have to do a lot of pointe work!. Try not to sickle while being up on demi or on pointe!. If you are on your point shoes, try not to put all your weight on you ankles, try putting you weight on your toes!. For turning, i suggest that you should hold you back muscles!. It would really help!. Try to pull up and hold your back and stomach muscles at the same time!. This really helps me and i hope it helps you too!!Www@QuestionHome@Com
just stretch more, practice more, and do more jumping exercises!. For turning, ankles are very important!. Keep it up and you'll find that extra work will make it better and keep on Dancing4Jesus!!!Www@QuestionHome@Com
