Question: Thera-band, which resistance level should I use!?
I am a male, 80's style dancer, I want to enhance my arches and strengthen my feet and ankles!. I have never used a Thera-band before, however I am not using these for rehabilitation, only for dancing, I want to achieve the best results as quickly as possible, keep this in mind!?

Which should I begin using!?

Yellow - Thin

Red - Medium

Green - Heavy

Blue - Extra Heavy

I use blue or black for strengthening for pointe, but I'm pretty strong!. Start on red or green!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

GREEN- heavy!.!.!.it's normal for a dancer to get used to resistance, but don't go to far!. you might get hurt!.!.!.like me :CWww@QuestionHome@Com
