I've been searching on the internet and i can't find what i need,

Well, I have a few good ones that I knew of!.!.!.

1!. Strattle!.
Strattle is a postition where you legs are out like a "V"!. You can stretch toward you leg & into the center!. You can also do strattle against a wall [sitting down], against a wall [on your stomach] and on your back against a wall but your legs wouldn't be pushing into the wall unlike the other ones!.
You can also flex your feet or point them- I recomend doing both!.

2!. Lunges!.
They will improve flexibilty, believe it or not!.
You can go down into a regular lunge, down with just you eblows down but keep your leg straight, and go down with your elbows down and your leg down!. You can also try keep your leg straight but pointing your foot- it's more diffucult!.

3!. Bridges!.
Bridges improve the flexibility of your back!. You can do three bridges, for a certain amount of time each- and maybe hold your last one as long as you can!. Try lifting up an arm, or a leg!. also try to move your feet and hands in closer!. You can even try to do a back walk-over out of it or rise up out of it, but that's a bit more gymnastics!.

4!. Hyper/Overextending splits!.
I've heard it been called both!. I would recomend doing this stretch last, because it is like doing your splits which you don't want to do first!.
Basicly, you set your front foot on something, such as the first step on a flight of stairs, a phonebook, or someone's knees that is kneeling[like the kind of kneeling sitting on your bottom!.] Then straighten your back leg as if you're in your splits!.
Hold your hands up on your head for 10 seconds- then switch sides!.
You may not be able to straighten your leg but even if it's bent, you can still feel a good stretch if you keep balanced and your hands up!.

Hope this helps!.
Have fun at your class!. :)Www@QuestionHome@Com

Split Stretch- Go into a low lunge, hold for two 8's, then straighten up and try to touch your nose to your knee, hold for two 8's!. Do stretch once for each leg!. It improves splits

Sitting in your straddle- Sit on the floor with your legs out like your doing a toe touch!. Stretch to the right, then middle , left, then back to the middle!. It stretches your legs so they're more flexibleWww@QuestionHome@Com
